Drefia, west of Darashia.

Required equipment- Rope
- Prefered Antidote and Invisible spell.
Method
- Head to Drefia west of Darashia and enter here. It is advised to use the Invisibility spell here due to the overwhelming undead force.
- When descending head to the south-eastern stairwell and continue down.
- Continue north and you will find a hole, enter it.
- Head east and through the level 60 gate of expertise.
- Prepare yourself as there will be an army of undead up here (Demon Skeletons, Ghosts, Vampires, several Necromancers, several Priestesses and their summons (Ghoul, Ghosts and Mummies)).
- A good strategy at lower levels would be to get either a mage or paladin to go invisible and Great Fireball the entire spawn a few times to clear out most of the monster spam so that you can take down the Demon Skeleton's and Necromancers fast.
- The Medusa Shield, Blue Robe and Skull Staff are located in a coffin in the easterly section of the room. If the room has been untouched by any other tibians that day, then it's likely you'll be able to retrieve some jewels from the sacraficial stones too.
